Bill Finley did a comprehensive piece on racing for the Thoroughbred Daily News. Jeff was one of the voices for horseplayers. It is an informative and sometimes good read for horseplayers (the difference in views between Jeff, Eugene Christiansen and Steve Crist versus some of the industry folks I found pretty interesting).
Anyhow, it takes a free registration, but for members it might be worth checking out (imo)
