poker stars buying full tilt?

There must be good money in rake if you don't pay players millions every month to be in commercials.

I saw all the rumors yesterday, doesn't make sense to me. So many people think PS will be back in the US once legislation is passed. They are wrong. PS will never be given a license in the US. Party pulled out after UIEGA and has worked deals with the major casinos. They will be the big dog in the US market if legislation is ever passed.

Full Tilt does have a copyright on some pretty neat software. I am asuming that is what Poker Stars is after. I can't imagine that they have anything else of much value.
