System of the 21st Century

Anyone familiar with "System of the 21st Century" by Harvey Ames? With such a humble title I guess I can expect to retire to the West Indies pretty soon after I get it.

Thanks,
Slim

I bought one years ago called "System of the Century" by Mike Warren, it also didn't get me to the West Indies but I got pretty close to the poor house....

Harvey Ames also had a "System of the Century" some years ago. It was a small booklet, mostly reasonable handicapping guidelines. No magic though.

Recieved it now. 5-6 rules which are good, commonse handicapping points...but they've also already appeared in about 500 other books. I don't think I'm going to be rich.
