Should we be on the lookout for some body "juicing" at the BC?

If so; who fits the profile? You know; the trainer that get's the 6f pony w/60 beyer and faded everytime, suddenly the SOB does 1 1/16th at 85 beyer coming from behind and blowing away the field.
