Luzzi-Mott

Has the Luzzi-Mott connection already been broken?? They really seemed to be working well together .. now it seems that just because Luzzi hasn't booted everything home in the win column for Mott, that Mott has moved on to using other riders. Am I imagining this??

Let's state the facts. Jerry Bailey is still Mott's man. If Bailey likes
another horse when Mott is entered he rides another horse, If
he prefers Mott's horse, he will ride for Mott. The reason luzzi had an O.k. belmont meet with Mott was, Bailey was off some days at Belmont, Bailey sometimes chose the wrong steed to ride, and Luzzi rode the better Mott horse. Luzzi developed a nice rapport with Mott, but to use him exclusively when Mr. Bailey is unavailable, will not last for ever, As we all know.
