Like anything else in this world, people get lazy and start relying too much on the new technology.
Evidently, somebody is going to have to step in and (unfortunately) handcuff law enforcement even more than they already are, just because a few of these guys want to take the easy way out and reach for the tazer at first resort, rather than last resort.
One can only wonder how some of these men were able to perform their duties during the pre-tazer era of law enforcement.
