Besides PTC does any other online ADW offer all of the below:

1. Conditional Wagering and Dutching Wagering.
2. Upload File service using any text/spreadsheet editor.
3. Mandatory rebates on all kinds of bets regardless how much you wager.

If so which ones. I think Youbet offers number #1 and #2 but not #3.

As far as I know, there isn't a single ADW that really even comes close to offering "everything" but sooner or later competition will force one of them to come close.

PTC is the only ADW (that I know of) that offers "dutching" (proportional allocation of wagers across multiple horses or combinations).

You would then lose video access on Twinspires after 5 days if you don't bet at least $50. Sign up with BetAmerica for free video on every single track just by copying the video link and changing the track name.

For me I don't care if I can watch all races or not. I very seldom watch and if I want to have plenty of places to watch live or replays anyway. I care more about final results if I won or lost not how I won or lost a race.

What I do care about is rebates on all wagers regardless of rollover, Conditional wagering and the ability to Upload some kind of Text file to import bets way in advance. With all that in mind PTC seems to have it all except still short on number of tracks.
