Just got back from DC and the Inauguration

Wow! DC is euphoric. The joy in that town is unbelievable.

People were actually booing ex-President Bush as he left, and Darth Cheney looked like Mr. Potter from It's a Wonderful Life. Me I was smiling ear to ear.

Our Commander in Chief President Obama was all class. I must say coming back to read this board with the whining and petty criticisms, I have to beleive most of you are really John Cornyn just posting under different handles.

It was unbeleivable being there. A mess on the Metro, but well worth it.

Congratulations President Obama! We're with you.

Yea the combination of getting rid of a loser like W and getting a winner like Obama is truly an occasion to cheer. But as you well know most of the clowns that inhabit ot have already deemed Obama a failure 24 hrs in.But these same geniuses voted for Bush twice, amazing

Good thing you guys didn't follow Jim Jones or you wouldn't have been alive to post your feelings of euphoria after drinking Jim's Kool-Aid.

My, what a witty and original remark. That's the kind of forward thinking that's made this country what it is today!

bush was a disgrace to the republican party. not only did ron paul expose him, but give mccain alot of credit. when he debated obama he flat out said don't confuse me with the guy that is our current president.

that goes along way for what the republican party thought of bush. mccain is a good republican that gave his body and soul to our country, and under normal circumstanses would have been our president today.

Big crowd anxiously awaiting their hand outs.
But they will have to get in line behind the terrorists, who Prez Hussein is putting at the top of his to do list.

Handouts

And why not, the financial leaders of this country already got theirs. If money is being given out, tax credits, refunds and the like send yours back.

"Awaiting handouts?" Wow, Tom, maybe you should read some American history. Or listen to the song "Strange Fruit." It's a rarely known Billy Holliday recording.

Sounds like a great time. Sorry to hear some of the events didn't come off as planned.

MAL Maneuvers CANCELLED
As many of you know, extreme Christian groups have been pressuring Doubletree to cancel the "Obama Inauguration Pig Sex Orgy." For two days, the hotel stood firm while the accusations and falsehoods kept coming in. Just this morning, I told the management of Doubletree how impressed I was that they resisted the calls to shut us down. Unfortunately, the matter escalated to Doubletree Corporate, and the word has come down that they will not allow our event to go on as planned. To say that I am pissed would be an understatement. We have a right to privacy and sexual freedom. I appreciate the efforts of the Centaurs in helping us set this up and fight the cancellation. I want to apologize to each of you who, some who have been with me for 9 years, for having to disappoint you at the 11th hour.

So stop coming back.

Whining and petty criticisms (FROM THE LEFT) are what DOMINATED off-topic the past eight years, so why should the next FOUR be any different?
