Net Pool Pricing

Can anyone explain how this works? It would be most helpful to use an example WPS pool, then show the resulting payouts (and calculations used to determine them) for Net Pool Pricing vs. the conventional way of calculation payouts. It would also be helpful to know what tracks use Net Pool Pricing.
