Led Zep

VH1 Classic just got done playing the Zeppelin live DVD and the Song Remains the Same DVD back to back. It just doesn't get much better.

How about LIVE at the 02 Concert Hall in London.
I saw a ticket for sale on the London Craigslist for a mere 4800 Pounds Sterling.

This showing is driven by the live concert, I'm sure (for us unfortunate ones ). Page broke his finger a month or two ago and had to postpone a few weeks. I guess it has now healed OK. 4800 pounds sheesh. Last time I saw then was for $20 bucks in Cleveland and that was twice face value.

In 1972 I paid $6.60 for Zep + 3 other acts at a 7 hour concert at Kezar in SF. Zep played 4 hours!

Sounds like the show went well....kind of surprising given their history....

I hope they put a tour on....it's all the rave these days....I saw The Police and they were very good....tried to get Van Halen tickets at the Garden but a website glitch kicked me out of line at Ticketmaster (what a shock....I must have stepped in front of a broker...LOL), and the resultant tickets I was offered wasn't worth it for VH, despite the fact I've never seen VH w/ DLR....only with Sammy....

Doubt Page can stay sober long enough to do more than a gig or two . He looked pretty bad for his age !!
