Clipping trainer PPs

I wanted to start clipping winning trainer PPs from New York but only for layoff winners.
Is it worthwhile to wait until the start of a meet or would it be fruitful to start doing it ASAP.

I figure doing layoffs only would not be too gargantuan a task for myself.
If it goes well, I can expand to first-time/second time startters.

Talking Why wait?

Start now-you might find some low hanging fruit in the next coupleof weeks. Nothing like a nice "orange" to beat the winter blahs.
I like to get in on these things when they are happening, not next year when they are gone.
