PTC should also have access to it if TrackNet makes it available to Youbet and TVG. I guess the second part of the matter is whether or not Youbet and TVG will take it? I think Tracknet might be feeling a bit of heat after what appears to have been a tongue-lashing from the HBPA late last week in VA. Hopefully TVG is feeling the same way and some resolution opening up access to content is on its way. No reason PTC is not included in the mix as well.

Any movement in the direction of access is good, however slight and trivial.
