Breeders' Cup Ltd. and the National Thoroughbred Racing Association on Wednesday morning announced the pre-entries for the 2006 Breeders' Cup World Championships on November 4 at Churchill Downs. This year's pre-entry total is the highest since 2000 when a record 135 horses pre-entered the event.
