#1, #7 both appear to be evenly matched here. #2 does loom a threat but note trainer 0-23 with MCL. Which means put #2 under only.
#4 - Beattie owns the horse could be either way. Might want to just see how she does first out or could be legit first out…

? #1 - Off sine Aug. 05. Loves to finish 3rd 0-20 lifetime mark.
(-)#2 - Connections are extremely low. Can't see anything doing here. Trying a different tactic with a route. Horse is 7-0-0-0 lifetime
(-)#3 - Outfinished tired ones routing last out but that was only 2nd career beyer above 0. Can't recommend
(+)#4 - Thistle shipper drops from MSW ranks and actually does show ok talent. This is a very weak field. Trainer does have 2 winners from 5 starters in maidens.
(+)#5 - Looks to be the class of this field and does have fairly solid connections. But… still has never hit the board lifetime. Should be top 3 here
(?)#6 - Can’t see any better than 4th here. 2nd off lengthly layoff for awful barn. Faltered, Fell and Failed to menace in last 3.

(+)#8 - The only speed in race at a price. Last 2 efforts 3rd and 4th. Give the bug an outside shot here in 2nd

(-)#2 - Has beaten 1 horse in 3 lifetime starts vs 8k maidens. Don't see slight drop helping here.
(-)#3 - Trainer 0-27, switches to low % jock and horse has not shown anything of merit in 2 lifetime starts at Penn
(-)#4 - Beaten a combined 91 lengths in last 3 vs same level.
(+)#5 - 3rd start for Lake barn and 1st out at Penn. No lock but seems logical compared to the inside.
(?)#6 - The only negative here is the jock. Can't see on top but the horse is also logical and drops 3 class levels to fit with this bunch. Shows good e/p and a work at Penn
(?)#7 - Capable on best effort here. 0-6 lifetime at penn but has been relatively close in all of her last 6 starts. Better jock aboard this trip.
(+)#8 - Need to make a note about this trainer. 2 for 4 with first time starters and this horse has some good 5f works for this field + FTL

(-)#10 - Lengthy layoff for 5 year old. Comeback works are not inspiring.
(?)#11 - More competitive at Penn than at PHA. Does not get out of the gate well and has bad luck. Relegate to 3rd/4th only
(?)#12 - Outside shot based on last 3 - Beaten roughly 7 lengths in last 4 starts. Can hit the exotics at a price. Likely 3rd/4th
