Simulcast Weekly?

Just got the copy of SW for December 23, 2001(!) That's only a little over 5 months late. Of course I called and got a replacement way back when it didn't show up in December. This must be the original that got very lost somewhere. It put me in mind of that old movie plot where the people didn't get their letters until years later. What's the line on whether it was DRF or the Post Office?

I quit taking SW due to poor delivery. For example, I often received two issues on the same date.

DRF blamed the post office. To me, it didn't matter whose fault: the periodical became useless to me.

My main problem used to be blank or unreadable pages from where the press had been allowed to run out of ink. Never any problem getting a replacement but some things just turn out to be more of a hassle than I'm up for. It became useless to me as well.

Talking Careful....

Be careful, you guys.....complaining about the DRF is one thing, but these mail dudes, they'll go postal on you ifyou get on their case!

I just heard that a snail mail letter to your congressman will take at least a month to get to him now because of the anthrax scare. My Mother-in-law died last October and we had to send her cremated remains to Iowa for burial. That took 3 weeks. Can you imagine what some postal inspector must have thought when he saw that box of ashes? Bad timing for sure.
