Just a mulligan! I actually stated in the warroom that day it should be the yankees game. I hope no new englanders were in there, it didn't even feel good to say it.

Weather is great for today's game. No excuses for either team. I'll be sitting outside listening to the Sox win.

It was a good game.

Amazing how I heard a very loud cheer when Jason hit the homer in the 9th to tie the game, at Spankee Stadium, maybe they are starting to get infected with Red Sox Nation virus.

How can you think that was a cheer BR? He clearly fell over the catcher the bat flew into the ball and he got a short fied homer aided by a 90 MPH+ wind gust from the 2 Bosox fans choking on there brewskis

Yup, lots of Sox fans at Yankee Stadium on Sunday....today I'm not sure..didn't get to watch too much of the game (work got in the way).

All the more sweeter the victories with Sox fans in attendance.

2 down, 17 more to go....

And btw, it is my prediction that the "ring ceremony" at Fenway will be the last truly joyous moment the Red Sox will savor this year, when it comes to the Yankees....LOL

All the off-season smack talk by the 2004 World Champions hopefully lit a fire in the overpaid bellies of the NY Yankees. These first two games will hopefully set the tone for the entire year. Tino is back. All is well.

Sounds like you're drinking with Hammer!

Don't want to see a sweep, like you didn't know. It's still early, and it will be the Skankees season to blow. I beleive you have better pitching this year, and in a course of a season, that's what it takes. It still may come down to just the two, would love that.
