Which would you prefer?
Curious what people would choose between these two if you only had one choice:
1. 10% takeout across the board but rampant drugs influencing every result and small fields (say an avg of 6.5 per race)
OR
2. 25% takeout across the board but no drugs and larger fields (say an avg of 10 per race)
I know neither of these things are ever going to happen but wonder which you'd prefer. For me, it would be #2.

How about address both? (Instead of ignoring both.)

2. I play a lot of superfectas so that's about the takeout I'm getting now.

The question reminds me of a bit done by Kevin Nealon.

You'd get a lot more competition in that pool than you do now though.

Pennsylvania charges 31% on vertical bets of three or more plus all horizontals except Doubles....AND get all the other crap to go with it.
