Shorts now capitulating

I don't see how anyone can remain short this market...

What happened to all those insider sellers?

Someone on here wrote a few months ago that we were on the verge of one of the greatest buying opportunities in a very long time...I scoffed at that notion.

I'm not scoffing any longer...guess it's NOW time to short...

I've been following all of the VIX derivatives as of late, and as you can see in the chart (where I've circled) there are two weeks out of the next nine showing a divergence. Everything is in contango, except for some slight backwardation the week of March 22nd.

Could this possibly signal an interest rate hike in March, hence a "little" volatility?

the market has been going up as the weak hands mostly sold before the election and stocks are in much better position now that the narrative of the market has gone from cheap money fueling the rally to actually better economic news and earnings supporting it.An interest hike would actually be good for the market,as it shows confidence by the fed that economy is not at stall speed.
