Do rebate shops send their bets into the hub pool what are the economics of these transactions? If they put a 10k win bet into the Belmont pool and give a 2 % reebate how much do they make?

US-based ADWs who offer rebates do.

It's based on the agreement between the ADW and the track or organization. It varies from one ADW to the next and from one track to the next.

us adw's make around 4-5% depending on the track, rebates paid and type of bet. They also get the breakage which may be significant.
