Wow! The "NYRA Rewards" thread got closed???
I just read through this thread and I can tell you that I am pretty upset.
I am going to think this through for a day before I post here again.
I will say that I think a few NYRA types get a free pass here but I hope I am mistaken.

paceadvantage wanted the thread closed and i'll respect that but sorry if i offended you. i don't want any bad feelings, especially over something as trivial as emd4me's rebates.... or lack thereof.

Okay, great. I was hoping this would happen.
And, Proximity, I'm not sure who you think you offended, but it sure wasn't SRU. The guy is like Steinbrenner. No wait, he's like Harold Ballard who used to own the Toronto Maple Leafs. Someone asked him if he ever got ulcers and Ballard paraphrased Harry Cohn (and others) and said "I don't get ulcers, I give'em". 
SRU and I don't really know each other but I'm fairly confident he won't mind.

story about the last time i saw track collector irl....
we're playing poker at charles town when a conversation comes up about a problem that a mutual (and mutuel) friend is having.
without getting into details, the telling of a small lie will actually solve this problem. and if the problem gets solved track collector will actually benefit (as would others) and NO ONE would be hurt.
i disagreed with him (and still do), but track collector wouldn't support our friend being anything but 100% honest in his dealings.
the guy can be a little deceptive at the poker table (especially with the big pairs) but irl he's a pretty straight shooter. jmo.
