Flysofree,

CompuTrak started in 1992 and, as you know, is still going strong. :-)

It's still on the Internet at www.revelationprofits.com where both the free and paid versions are available.

Ranging from manual input using DOS to today's automatic and user friendly version.
Also features such as the "picks", (the black box), the oddsline report, etc., have been added and also making it available on the Internet. The original was only available via disk through snail mail.

Looking back, I'd say that the highly complimentary article in the DRF by Brad Free, and a bit earlier an encouraging letter from Doc Sartin were highly instrumental in causing the program to "take off" and in providing the impetus to continually improve the program.

A few more of those oldies but goodies were Speedplus, Caltrack, Dark Horse and lets not forget AOdds written by Randy Kovachs who still is a member on this board.
SpeedPlus was written by George Green
I still use SpeedPlus and AOdds. They were 2 of the best written.
