Cramer's Ugly E1 and E 2 /

I take it ...that brother Cramer is talking about the Early horses
in the race.....that didnt finish close up in the race used as a
pace line ? I routinely put these horses in the mix .. Using
Thoromation to sort it all out. Sometimes these horses are
simply TOO EARLY...and cant win. But sometimes we get a real
bomb who IS NOT TOO EARLY...and can ration the speed just
enough to beat the cavalry charge behind.. Thanks for your
help in the identification of E1 Ugly !
