I don't use this particular platform. I do use BataviaBets, run by Western OTB. They look very similar and probably are identical. I wager from home and can project what's on my compute onto the TV. BataviaBets does not cover as many tracks as SaratogaBets. But, I think the handle increase is probably because people can play Saratoga from home and not go to the track or an OTB. I follow Saratoga pretty closely and I've found that they put a good product on the track. Good, but not great, horses and a pretty decent driving colony.
