Filly is making her 1st start since December. She was last seen fading in the stretch at 3-1 in the Arizona Juv Filly Stakes at TUP. Prior to that, she won an allowance at TUP wire to wire and beat a runner who had just won a maiden claiming 70k race at HOL and followed that with an easy win vs optional 25k claiming foes. 3rd place finisher from that race has since come back to hit the board in back to back 35k stakes races at TUP at 5-1 and 8-1. Ran 3rd to Northern Lights winner, Badge of Glory, in debut. Has always taken money at the windows. Works have been very fast and she was outworking her stablemate, Oso Katy, who went to PRM and ran at this same level and was 2nd at 24-1 just 6 days ago.

Could be a decent single in the P6 today. He has always been able to make a late run and he's only been at this lower level for 3 races. Has had the 9 post or wider in all of his last 6 starts. Comes in with two decent works since last. Should be tough to hold off in this group.

OK - so the price won't be there. Still, this is a pretty cool horse who has 10 of his last 12 starts for Amoss/Moss. He is taking a major drop in class going from the Grade 2 CD Handicap to 125k Iowa Sprint. Only reason he is here is because the owner lives in Des Moines and wants to see this champion sprinter up close and personal. Might be the best sprinter in the country and will win this at about 1-5 as long as he can put away Gentleman's Bet, a decent looking runner in his own right.

Ran 2nd to Midnight Lucky in only career start and that one has since come back to win the Grade 1 Acorn for fun. Was many lengths clear of 3rd in what appeared to be a legitimately good time. Most of the other sprint times were 2 and 3 seconds slower. Trainer over 23% with 2nd time starters that were in the money race previous. Dam was a millionaire. Lots to like....but maybe not the price.

Winner of three of her last six starts and appears to be right at the level which she belongs. Certainly enough speed to keep the race honest and she does her best running slightly off the pace. 3 of her 4 wins have come on synthetic.
