Keep getting knocked offline saying session timeout due to inactivity even though I am using the site and betting. Signs you off, then you sign in and 2 seconds later it signs you off again due to inactivity. Happened 10 times in a row. I rebooted PC (just in case) and same thing.
I called TVG and even the prompts are hanging up and doing weird things like a long beep when you press 4 for assistance. Every big racing day it's the same thing. They should prepare better for these days.
I happened to look at their Facebook page today and noted they got pummeled for poor service on Ky Derby day. Even more griping about TVG than you see here.
When TVG goes under, they will be an example of a former monopoly that could not stay in business. Ignoring customers is stupid. Gouging them with crazy fees, just as stupid. Amazing.
No solace for racing fans on NBC.....while the Maryland Sprint was running live, they totally ignored it in favor of a Shug fluff story. At least HRTV so far has realized this a big RACING day and acted like it.

If your not watching it on NBC can you see the races anyway? With all the tents in the infield u only see the stretch drive!!!!!
Overall, very poor camera angles all around.
Esepcially the stretch, where you can't tell how far the horses are apart.
You would think they someone at the track would.......naw, newver mind. I was going to say something stupid!

That's where I was going.They had some more BS fluff material while the 11th race was running,I was scrambling and ended up seeing the last 16th of a mile.WTF was that?Sorry coverage man.
Their new site is a joke. No longer can one go to TVG classic. No longer can one access the races which will be shown on TVG. No longer can one go back to the samse track as previously wageerd and advance to the next race.
I was one of the bigger defenders of TVG in past years; no longer.Whoever constructed this new site is a moron.
NBC is a joke for not showing races 10 & 11. B----hit pieces on people we really don't care about.
