So, let me see...many Kaliforniaanns are green-conscious, earth-conscious and environment-conscious, and so consume less gasoline which is killing the planet. And their reward from their eminently fair-minded government is to raise the taxes to make up for the revenue shortfall? I wonder what would happen if everyone in the state boycotted their own gas-driven vehicles for a week? Would the state, then, raise the fares on public transportation and also raise the sales tax to make up for the loss of revenue?

Hey, we have 3 million illegal aliens to support, plus 3 times the national state per capita average number of welfare recipients. You don't really expect these folks to actually support themselves, do you? By raising gasoline taxes, the greenie eco-freaks make sure that these folks are kept safe and sound, as well as well fed and sheltered. Lowest gas price in Orange County,Ca today for regular, $4.09.9, in Bullhead City, Az, $3.64.9.

They are already considering a flat 150 dollar fee to be added on to any license tags that go on an electric car. To make up for the loss in gas taxes
