I'm going to guess that the panty wearing liberals in France hamstring the authorities from doing a handful of sensible and reasonable things that would reduce the risks of an attack.

But that's nearly as bad our POTUS who seems to have a strategy in place for increasing the probability of attack in the US.

The people hamstringing our authorities here are the republicans who are constantly doing things like blocking access to telephone records. Not having the ability to trace who a suspected terrorist was in touch with is insane. How in the Hell are you suppose to monitor someone if you can not track their telephone and internet activity?
