Super strong? No.
The Dodgers recorded an absurd +331 run diff last year. That is +2 runs per game. At that pace, Rays would be +34.
The regression is coming. Top tier pitcher Jeffrey Springs out 2 months or more.
Every starter is currently above league average offensively- super team stuff for a group who finished 11th in run diff last yr. Even if one wants to project them as the best run diff team this yr., moving them up halfway is a likely good over/under mark (roughly 5th or 6th by October).
Guys like Josh Lowe, Yandy Diaz, Wander Franco all showing career best power nos., all at the same stage of career and season.
