Bobby - did you read the hedalines afetr the storm hit? NO dodged a bullet, NO gets lucky, NO spared. Everyone breathed a sigh of relief until the next day when the city flooded.

I will give Bush some credit. At least, he is now stepping up to the plate and saying that he will take responsiblity to the extent its the federal govt fault.

Exactly! In fact, Monday night I went to bed thinking the same thing. It wasn't until Tuesday morning that anyone knew differently.
