he's been in so. florida race tracks for years. he used to have some great customers like guys that were in the group TAVARES.

the other guy i knew was TONY THE TOUT, Tony Rogackoski. he was so awful at picking winners he had to retire from the tout business and went into hustling hotel rooms up and down Collins Ave and So Ocean Drive. he died about 10 years ago.

Never used it. Cheap enough, but lost me when he recommended always boxing your sections to in crease your chances. This is sort of an amateur approach. I also have to wonder how he has two employees & a large staff & still sell them so cheaply.

Yeah, I think the staff size may be greatly exaggerated.
