Tapits tap out at 1 1/8

Someone please correct me if im wrong but don't it seem like Tapit sired colts go no longer than 1 1/8 and probably best at a mile? Moheyman, Frosted, etc...

Two of the last three Belmont winners were Tapits, so as long as there is stamina (and class) influences on the bottom they can stay a distance.

Also, Frosted and Lani placed in the Belmont Stakes. Frosted, Tonalist, and Rattlesnake Bridge all placed in the Travers. Divining Rod placed in the Preakness. Tonalist won the JCGC twice.

And when Moyhamen and Frosted ran 4th in the last 2 KY Derbies, they were closing ground.

The notion that Tapits can't go long is just one of those weird myths everyone seems to believe without proof.
