that if you live in penn that you can ever use the tvg app or tvg accounts if you live within 35 miles from a racetrack??

you can use most ADW's is you live next door to a racetrack. Must be a state law.

Of using an ADW other than then one legal in my state? I was told by an ADW they dont care I live in NJ(where TVG is only leagl ADW) they would accept me They say they have plenty of NJ residents wagering with them Also said I can deposit with a Visa gift card so I wont have to give them my bank acct. info I checked them out, seem pretty reputable I was just wodering what legal trouble I can get in? Im looking because mostly of the TVG Derby Day debacle amongst other reasons
