Xpressbet timeout

Just wondering what others think about this. I've been a Twinspires user for years and just recently opened an Xpressbet account to try it out. I find that Xpressbet keeps logging me out after what I think is a relatively short period of inactivity. I don't bet every race on a card so it's not uncommon for me to let a race or two go by without a bet. Yesterday a missed a bet because I returned to my screen shortly before post and by the time I logged back in it was too late. I appreciate that they view this as a customer security benefit but it seems to me the customer should have the option of disabling this if its proving inconvenient. Twinspires doesnt do this.

i have gone to the store and back about 40 mins and i'm still signed in. it always pops up a message that i'll b logged off in 5 mins. if i do get logged out i get a screen that i can log right back in. have to x the wager pad and restore it again
i miss some races as i'm viewing other things and lose track of time.
