Any News RE: Brisnet Hong Kong Single Data PP Files?

Has anyone heard news of Brisnet (or less likely, DRF) publishing DATA file Past performances for international tracks, particularly Hong Kong? I'm hoping for Brisnet Single Data PP files.

I wrote to both DRF and Brisnet and was roundly ignored. I thought this unusual because both DRF and Brisnet usually do respond to my queries, no matter how odd.

Anyone heard anything?

I called them 2 weeks ago just to get a race result from Hong Kong that I had bet on.. They could not give it to me only a website somewhere that had it. Then I asked why they had win place and show bets up but only took win and Show..No place bet taken.. The guy didn't know. The bean counters don't seem to understand marketing to US players or maybe China won't allow some things.... I don't fully get it.
