Pace Appraiser still up an running?

I have Randy Giles book and visited his website recently. Not sure if info or articles have been updated recently. Was wondering if anyone in forum is currently using the service and what your thoughts are. I've searched the forums and most references are quite old.

I'm sure several people here are still using Pace Appraiser. Randy Giles' stuff is pretty good. I use some of it in my own program.
