This may be a pipedream of mine, but has anyone else wondered this?

All free on the Hong Kong Jockey Club site, ain't they? With multi-angle replays and everything. You want American-style format, is that it?

Have seen Sha Tin listed on Brisnet. (Through Transpires ADW).

Look for it a day before the actual race. Their timing is weird as if they don't care.

Yes, I would love to see the BRIS ultimate format for foreign races.

Yes, I would love to see the BRIS ultimate format for foreign races.I think THAT is a pipedream, yeah. You'll have to deal with their native format. They do give everything you could possibly want away for free (in terms of raw data)...my pipedream is that we'd do the same here, you know, cause it makes sense...

Anything for free within the scope of American handicapping products is definitely a pipedream.

I subscribe to the unlimited Ultimate past performances from BRIS. I think it's a decent value. But I'm not nearly as concerned with price. If I can't afford past performances, I have no business playing this game.

I don't have the time to play the international races, but I book marked this site from another thread on PA (I couldn't find when I searched, but didn't try very hard) for when I do have the time.

Personally I'm not a BRIS data fan. It is all computer generated (IMHO a step above Equibase). I prefer HDW data. But I don't want to hijack this thread.

Lots of people feel that way. I guess it's what I'm used too. I should clarify that I use the class ratings that BRIS offers in conjunction with a few variables. It's been really good to me, so I don't really have time to tinker with a lot of other stuff.

Nothing that BRIS produces will ever be as detailed as the pp's that come from over there.
The linked site has super detailed pp's, and it's just a matter of getting adjusted to the format and symbols.

I love BRIS, but their foreign pp's are a total joke (Europe, Asia, Australia).

I agree

I'd pay good money to have decent, "American Style" PPs of Hong Kong. The HKJC has an awesome amount of info, but it's not very well organized or as easy to read. It requires lots of clicking around to get it all. Of course at 2:00 AM, there's not a whole lot of other tracks running.... :)

TimeForm seems like the natural for this, since they cover at least two continents of racing now.

That is my reasoning as well. I like the BRIS format in the summary because it is simple and easy for me to understand. The HKJC PP's actually have too much info for me.

The PPs at rackinghk.com linked above look pretty easy to read, with figures...
