Perhaps you should explain what the headers mean. I assume SR is speed rating and ASR is average speed rating, PR is power rating. What about LA, A, WP?
I haven't looked at Yonkers tonight. Tenant In Chief is a favorite of mine, classy horse. But I think you can make a case that one should eliminate all horses from posts 7 and 8 at Yonkers. If you do bet these posts, you have to get good value so establishing some sort of odds line may be in order.
I like your Snoozer angle, I play a lot of class drops and I use recent and lifetime final times. But, again, post 7 at Yonkers is winning at 5.1% on the year.
Pandy, I have high respect for your work. I have been using your Diamond Harness since it came out on Black Floppy Disks.
I use the manual option with the following rules:
DIAMOND RACE SELECTION
USE ALL PPL’S LISTED ON THE PROGRAM YOU USE
USE ONLY HORSES LISTED ON PRINTOUT
1. PICK MOST RECENT WINNING RACE AT THE CLASS OR HIGHER
2. POWER WINNER AT ANY CLASS
3. CLASS DROP L3R - PICK BEST OF THOSE THREE RACES
3. IF NO WIN PICK RACE AT CLASS OR HIGHER BW1L
PASS HORSE IF NON OF THE ABOVE...
----------------------------------------------------------------
Below is the meaning of the top line: Also listed on my original thread
PP = POST POSITION
HORSE = HORSE'S NAME
LA = LATE ACTION
RECENT RACING: LAST TWO RACES, DAYS SINCE RACED:
QUALIFYING LATE ACTION:
1. (Q$A): LAST RACE WITHIN 7 DAYS, PREV. RACE WITHIN 30 DAYS
2. (QLA): LAST RACE WITHIN 11 DAYS, PREV. RACE WITHIN 30 DAY
3. (QLA): LAST RACED WITHIN 7 DAYS
ELIMINATION OPTION:
3. (QVA): LAST RACE 12, 13, 14 OR 15 DAYS AGO, PREV 30 DAYS
4. (QXA): LAST RACE WITHIN LAST THIRTY-FIVE DAYS
POINTS ARE ADDED OR DEDUCTED FROM THE WP RATING
WP = WIN POTENTIAL - MY CREATION GIVING POINTS TO MANY PLACES IN THE PPL
(A) = ACTIVATOR - MEANS THE HORSE HAS A MAX OF THREE PPL'S OFF WHICH CAN WIN.
(C) = CONTENDER FIGURE - MEANS HORSE HAS ONLY ONE RACE CAN WIN OFF IN PAST THREE STARTS - IF PREVIOUS LINES CAN BE ELIMINATED.
HR = HARNESS RATING: = TOTAL OF THE (SR), ASR & PR
(SR) = TRACKMASTER SPEED RATING
(ASR) = AVERAGE SPEED RATING ON HORSES THAT HAVE AN ACTIVATOR FIGURE
PR = POWER RATING IS MY RATING WHICH COMBINES THE SPEED RATING
AND CLASS RATINGS ON HORSES THAT HAVE AN ACTIVATOR FIGURE
Put these all together and you have a unique way of looking at the program.
I have written a computer program which takes all of above into consideration and produces the printout listed.
Thank you for your interest

Outside Post Positions:
My Post Eliminations:
(P) POST POSITION:
EXCEPTION: FRONT SPEED ACTIVATOR & 2ND TIER PACERS
1. 1/2 MI TRACKS MUST HAVE A WIN OUT OF THE #6 POST
OR HIGHER ON THE ANY OF THE PPL’S ON THE PROGRAM
MUST BE AT THE CLASS OR HIGHER
2. OTHER TRACKS MUST HAVE A WIN OUT OF THE #7 POST OR HIGHER ON THE ANY OF THE PPL’S ON THE PROGRAM
MUST BE AT THE CLASS OR HIGHER
A high % of horses will win from an outside post if they show a win from the outside.
My front speed Activator is a horse fast out of the gate, many will win if they can clear.
Thank you for your response

In the snoozer does the horse have to be in a higher class for all of its last three starts?
Yes that is the KEY, the horse must drop class last three starts.
Thank you for your response.

Thanks for the explanation, very interesting. And thanks for the compliment. Your front speed activator sound smart, similar to my ZIP from Trotpicks book.

What is a Power Winner and what does BW1L stand for?
BW1L = Beaten within one length.
A Power Winner is a horse that wins easily.
My rules:
POWER WINNER:
A. 2ND OR BW 1/2 LENGHT AT STRETCH CALL & WON MIN 1 1/4 L
B. BW4L STRETCH CALL, WON MIN 2 1/4 LENGTHS
Thanks for your response

Thanks for the info on the Power winners.
It looks like there are some more snoozers on the Yonkers card. Is there a reason you did not play all of them?
