Meet Charlie Davis and how he got into Horse Race Betting

"I am a lucky guy. I am a member of a thoroughbred partnership, a harness partnership, have been to dozens of racetracks and even played in my very first NHC in Vegas this year. Three years ago I did not know much about horse racing at all."

I'm not ahead. I've had profitable years, but overall, I'm a loooooser!

The learning curve is steep, and I lost a lot in the beginning(more than I care to admit). As time goes on, I have become profitable, and it's still a learning process.

When you walk by spring flowers, do you stop to piss in the garden?

The triple threat...

Bettor , Owner and Guiness drinker.

(Just don't tell me you're a ManU supporter.)

Say hello when you make your way up to Woodbine.

Definitely not a United fan. Take a look at my avatar!

I've been to Toronto several times but never when Woodbine was running. It's definitely on the list. I did get to the Turf Lounge OTB which was the classiest OTB I've ever seen.

Ha! How did I miss it! The Hammer...Forever blowing bubbles, pretty bubbles in the air...

Scallywags is a great pub in TO to catch an EPL game.

(WEGZ "stadium" bar which is Woodbine's sports bar is also interesting to see)
