Derby Wars

I have been helping test a new cash tournament website called Derby Wars and I think it is pretty good for people that enjoy online tournament playing. They plan at least 3 tournaments one each day Fr-Sun. The Friday contests will be NHC contests $25 entry fee. A regular cash contest on Sat for fee of $25-50 Sunday contest will be larger with a $115 entry fee. Today there is no takeout. Usually, the takeout is supposed to be about 15 percent. As info. I have no affiliation with the site other than as a player.

I played yesterday also. It's a nice site, easy to figure out the software, and I had a lot of fun.

Have you had a lawyer agree with your 'game of skill' argument?

I can't see how this possibly flies when confronted with any sort of judicial examination.

When has a court EVER ruled that betting on horse racing is a game of skill?
