I have just finished the quarterly updates to our 2011 HorseStreet Par Times.
This evening I will be sending out emails to all registered owners of 2011 pars.
Please note: If you purchased our par times through DRF you are still eligible for these free updates! You just need to send me an email indicating that you purchased from DRF and a receipt number or some other proof of your order. If you do not have such proof, email me and I will do the leg work with DRF to verify your purchase.
If the Jerry J lawsuit and legal sabre rattling wins the day and the claiming rules get watered down, I assume we'd see lots more shippers. How would that influence the PAR generation game?
Part of me thinks that in a wild west of claiming a good set of PAR data might get an owner onto a claim that you could ship cross country to grab purse in a different jurisdiction.
Thoughts on this currently hypothetical situtation?
