How do you get this avatar thing to plug into my personal stuff? It says that it cant be more than 50k (I think) or 100x100 pixels, whatever is smaller. The avatar Im working with is like 3700 bits. But interface keeps rejecting it. Am I missing something? Its a jpeg right now I think, should I save as a GIF or something?

Try downloading Irfanview - a free image manipulation package.

By tinkering with the jpeg resolutions when you do a save as, you might be able to get your photo within limits.
