Mendelssohn

Is there any scheduled date for Mendelssohn to arrive at Churchill Downs yet?
Interested in any gallops or workouts.

O'Brien usually ships at the very last minute, so if he comes, it will likely be the latest day he can and still make quarantine.

I don't know about works. They train in private at Ballydoyle's secret enchanted fairy horseland.

I'd be happy just hear that he is in fact coming.

I would be happy to hear that Ryan Moore is coming as well.

Per the Churchill Downs Condition Book, a horse which has not started in the last 45 days (applies to Mendelssohn) will not be permitted to start unless it has at least one published workout within 20 days of entry at a distance acceptable to the stewards.

Therefore, he will have to have at least one published workout and I doubt that one at O'Brien's farm will be acceptable to the Stewards in Louisville.

I apologize as math is not my forte. He last ran on March 31, so the race is 35 days from his last start which means he will not be required to publish a work.
