It is ironic how liberals are screaming for states rights on this concealed carry. If they are to defeat this bill from becoming law they will go right back to saying the federal government should be making the rules and states do not have any authority.

If your drivers license is valid in all fifty states and that is a privilege, a constitutional right to own a gun should be valid in all fifty states.
