The only program that comes close is a Excel program from Bet-Smart.com that shows you the combination you need if you are betting Pick 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, etc..........!
You put in the numbers that you like and it gives the combinations that you should bet.........but it does not automatically bet for you.
You must be thinking of the programs that Bill Benter and Allen Woods used to make millions betting the races in Hong Kong.
But they wrote those programs themselves.
