Phil Simms

Try taking a drink every time this guy says "me" or "I" (in that bizarre accent). You wont see the second half.

More importantly, does he EVER stop redboarding the outcome of plays?????? Prime example: "I said to myself earlier that slow-developing pass plays would not work against this defense." Say WHAT????? To YOURSELF???????????

Hey Phil: In case your unaware, your job is to say things to the AUDIENCE. And predictions (supposedly) made to yourself don't count.

Worst guy in a booth.
Thinks he's King Shit.

He's just another guy too old to play, too dumb to know it.

He also is a liberal pile of crap that won't say Redskin. Of course he can never shut the hell up to save his life. I can't think of any TV announcer I despise more.

" In order for the pass to be complete, he's gotta come down with the catch bounds. I talked to heem before the game, and told me, "Phil, STFU!". "

- the great one

I like him more than Troy Aikman. When he and Buck drone on and on in their same-pitch monotones, even a good game becomes nap time.

His partner sounds like he's on sominex. 10 seconds after a play he decides to call it. Nance is the worst announcer on TV. When they do a game I turn off the sound and watch or I put on the radio.

The dictionary definition of "boring" should be a photo of Phil Simms.

Simms gets old fast, but if Aikman and Buck are working a blow out, OMG! Can't take it!

I'd trade bank accounts with him in a heartbeat.

Look at the video of Pete Rozelle announcing the Giant's pick (7th in the first round). He's laughing like, what a waste of a first round pick. The reaction in NY was even worse. Simms had the last laugh though.

I like him on the filed.
I wish he were there now.

No mics on the field - don't have to listen to him!
