Gate to Wire 123

Anyone still using this software? I forgot I had it and when I try to run it on my W7 laptop I get (see attached)
Any ideas on what that means or how to fix? A google search said it may be a comdlg2.ocx errror

The error message seems to indicate the program needs to be reinstalled.

Theres "nothing" to install Its a self extracting . exe program much like NCG Pace View It Just has GTW.exe and a text config file to configure where the drf files are located

Its there but a Google search it might need to be updated? It says to make a copy of the file,, delete it from the folder than download the new file and register? I Havent tackled yet The date installed says 2004 but that's not possible
