Reading old Help Files on Windows 10

If you installed Windows 10 and have not been able to read the old style Help Files found in some of your old handicapping programs, I found a solution. Had the same problem when Windows 7 came out, but Microsoft released a fix for that, but hasn't done so for Windows 10 and may not.

Below is a link to a procedure for the fix. I tried it and it worked for me. Look for the post by Alan Copp about 3/4 down the page. Read the replies for additional help.
