10F seems like a big reach considering how slowly he was finishing up in the fl derby. it was really an awful race on many levels. even if you think he had a bad trip it still looked pretty awful

I though My Man Sam looked uneven in the the gallop. Destin looked good. But Mohaymen looked great and energetic in the 4/28

i take these works w/ a grain of salt....i'll never let a work influence another KD bet.

almost everybody sees different thing with them, and unless the works are documented awful there's noting to see. all you have to know is all trainers like their chances, and all horses are in a good spot. that's all they say

Absolutely. Especially when you start comparison shopping.

I'm trying to interpret your comment here.

"Almost everybody sees something different with them"

"I'll never let a work influence another KD bet"

"All trainers like their chances and all horses are in a good spot. That's all they say"

So basically you don't trust what you see. You don't believe anything a trainer says. But will be influenced by a clocker if they have something bad to say.

Personally I'll let my own eyes influence what I think about the horse and possibly the bet. Like yourself all trainer speak is not acknowledged at all. But I will listen to the clockers a little.

He's working well enough where I'll throw him back on top a tri wheel. I played him in 3 of 4 future wagers so might as well try and ice it with the triple. I don't even need him to win. Just finish ahead of all the other future pool horses and collect a bunch of exacta future wagers.

Good luck! How did you structure your futures bets and which pools were you in?

I think not. But, for an attentive, and commonsensical, analyst of the relevant data and circumstances prior to that race, that potential scenario certainly existed.
It looked on the turn he was asked everything he had.

I made a win bet in 1,2,3 and did at least a $5 exacta box with all others in each one. I also have a small Tapit/Others box in the sire future. I also bet Mohaymen over Exaggerator, SBN, Brody, and probably a couple others. I basically have him covered over most everything except Nyquist and under quite a few as well. I can fill the gaps next week if I wish.

What odds do you think Mohaymen will go off at ? Probably too low for my liking, but at 6-1 or higher I may bite
