Twinspires handicapping info non improvement

Any thoughts on twinspires new way of getting your handicapping info. I use twinspires classic and find it annoying that I no longer can get a single race and have to keep hitting so many buttons to get the program to begin with. I think the old way was easier to deal with.

Agree with you. Disappointed that they did away with the single race pp option.

Are they no longer free if you wager at the track that you got the pp for?

They are still free for wagered on tracks.

They did this awhile ago, but brought back the single race option in a few days, this looks to be a permanent change though with the handicapping button in place now. I always liked the single race option myself and will contact them about it.

Another thing I hate with the new handicapping button is on my iPad when I click to get the pp's, it opens in same tab and not in a separate tab. So now I have to have two tabs with Twinspires up. One so I can open the pp's and one to wager. Frustrating

Twinspires and Churchill are more concerned about their casino's than people like us wagering on racing! Can somebody recommend an ADW but please explain what they offer other than a sign up bonus? I want the customer service that twinspires does not care about! Once again, twinspires made changes and when you ask them to explain how it "Supposedly" improves you wagering experience, they NEVER call you back when you ask WHY they made the changes they did and how it improves your wagering experience! Another example of how racing customers are treated like the lowest of the low! Casino customers are never treated as bad as we are!

Twinspires sucks. No video from Hong Kong tonight, which is in line with their piss-poor over all ADW experience. The recent changes to download PPs offer no no features, but are more cumbersome. You would think they'd go to the trouble of field testing it with a few players. An imbecile could have corrected their bungling.

They're obviously managed by morons and with some help from nitwits.

Typical CDI treatment.
