So what do the 0-100 numbers stand for as I couldn't find the explanation. Are these horses in order from top-bottom who you like?

Hi.

They are always sorted by fastest early pace (left number). And yes, I typically favor the #1 and #2 horses when I wager, even if their 2nd and 3rd numbers are dismal.
